This is a conversion of a new 35mm SLR Tamron SP 90mm f2.8 macro
lens and is carried out by our expert lens technicians who have
many years of lens engineering experience. This lens lens will cover
16mm, super-16, 35mm and super-35 film formats and offers exceptional
value for money and delivers outstanding results that are comparible
to lenses that cost three or four times more. The conversion is
a permanent modification to the lens and is available in either
PL or Arri Bayonet mount. It retains its maximum aperture of f2.8
all the way through its focus range, even at the 1:1 macro setting.
Its 2.8 aperture and 9-bladed diaphragm help in producing soft out-of-focus
backgrounds if required, while the optical design of the lens ensures
sharp images from corner-to-corner. Additionally, you can specify
that a focus gear and an 80mm front to be fitted.
This lens can be mounted
ont Aaton mount cameras with the addition of an Arri Bayonet/Aaton
adaptor which can be seen here
