Post and Packing-UK Customers: Our 7 day delivery service is ONLY available to UK customers on new items which are in stock, or on used items if previously unsold and available from stock. If a new item is out of stock we will get hold of it as quickly as possible, and WHEN WE RECEIVE IT will send it to you. If a used item has been previously sold we will let you know immediately. Customers within the mainland United Kingdom will receive Standard Delivery (within 7 working days, if items in stock). Delivery costs are per order, regardless of the number of boxes.

Export Delivery charges quoted on this site are only intended as a guide. We reserve the right to modify charges should they be significantly different from those quoted, although we will always inform you should this be necessary. Product Availability: Our web site is regularly updated, to ensure that we provide accurate details on product availability. However, we cannot guarantee availability. Orders may be subject to change. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case. If you place an especially high-value or unusual order we reserve the right to contact you for further confirmation of your order details.

Payment: We accept payment via Pay Pal, cheque or bank to bank transfer. Please see our ordering section

Deposits and Part Payments: A deposit of 50% will hold items for up to 1 month.
Deposits are an agreement to purchase and are non returnable and non transferable. If an item remains uncollected after 1 month we reserve the right to offer the items up for sale again.

Special Orders. We require that special order, modifications or bespoke equipment be paid for in full in advance. We will advise you of expected delivery prior to commencement of the order however, we cannot be held liable for loss or damage for late delivery.

Uncollected Repairs. We will dispose of all uncollected repairs within 6 months of completion to recover the cost of repair, parts and storage.

Returns Policy: We do not sell 'on approval' unless we have agreed otherwise on a particular transaction. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase please , within 30 days. Postage and Packaging and any other fees incurred by us may not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability Camera Kit shall not be liable for any damage, loss, financial loss or injury of any kind whatsoever, whether consequential or otherwise, occasioned through the use of equipment, item, modification or customisation supplied by us or any malfunction thereof. This limitation of liability will apply weather or not the loss is attributable to the negligence of Camera Kit Directors, Staff or Agents.
